We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Specialist to join our dynamic IT team. As a Microsoft 365 Specialist, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and ongoing support of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and related applications. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and security of our cloud-based productivity environment, supporting end-users, and implementing best practices for collaboration and communication tools.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing user accounts, permissions, and licenses, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support to staff. You will also be involved in deploying new features, integrating Microsoft 365 with other business systems, and maintaining compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft 365 administration, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Experience with PowerShell scripting, security and compliance features, and migration projects is highly desirable.
